About this beta
Poilia is a short test of how you tend to create value with AI: what you do first, not how good you are.
What it is not
It is not a skill test or an intelligence test. It has not been validated, and it must not be used for hiring, promotion, pay or performance decisions.
How it works
You get 14 short scenarios with four reasonable answers each. Each answer points to one of eight ways of working. The two you pick most often become your type, shown as Primary × Secondary. When your top scores are close, the result says so instead of pretending to be precise.
- Explorer: “What else is possible?”
- Researcher: “What is actually true?”
- Creator: “What could exist?”
- Strategist: “What should we do?”
- Builder: “Can we make it real?”
- Operator: “Can this run reliably without constant manual effort?”
- Guardian: “What could be wrong?”
- Conductor: “Who or what should do each part?”
Where it stands
This is version 0.1. We are checking whether results are specific enough that people can tell their own profile apart from someone else’s, and whether they stay the same when people take the test again. No results have been published yet.
The name
Poilia is inspired by the Greek idea of poikilia: variety, many-sidedness. The belief behind it: AI should not make everyone the same. It should amplify what makes people different.
